BOB IL COSTRUTTORE : Robert Cormack vive a Edimburgo e a La Villa (Fosciandora) con sua moglie (chairartis) Norma Hurley. I suoi figli sono cresciuti guardando 'Bob the Builder' in televisione. Robert è 'Bob', e di mestiere è un costruttore. Martin Galloway ha fissato con scadenze rigorose la presentazione di questo nuovo anno di Chairart. Per questi motivi, la mia sedia è un 'Work in Progress' / 'Lavori in Corso'. Come la maggior parte dei costruttori, forse Bob la finirà il prossimo anno. Dipende dal tempo. La sedia può essere interpretata anche come una metafora per l'indipendenza scozzese (un lavoro in corso) , o come un trono per Alex Salmond ( il primo ministro di Scozia).

BOB THE BUILDER : Robert Cormack lives in Edinburgh and La Villa (Fosciandora) with his Chairartist wife Norma Hurley. His children grew up watching 'Bob the Builder' on television. Robert is a 'Bob' and therefore a builder. Martin Galloway set strict deadlines for the submission of chairs for this year's Chairart. Hence this chair is a 'Work in Progress'/'Lavori in Corso'. Like most builders, maybe Bob will get it finished by next year, weather permitting.... It could also be interpreted as a metaphor for Scottish Independence (a work in progress), or a throne for Alex Salmond (the First Minister of Scotland).
